He began his television career with the series "Sana Bir Sır Vereceğim" on Fox TV, where he played the character "Savaş," known for his fantastic powers and mind control abilities. This role helped him gain recognition in the industry, leading to a guest appearance in the popular series "Medcezir," where he portrayed "Cem." Cankat continued to build his career with a significant role in the Star TV series "Güzel Köylü," where he played "Cemal" alongside notable actors such as Gizem Karaca and Mehmet Ali Nuroğlu.
