She began her artistic journey as a ballet dancer, training from a young age and even attending the prestigious Boston Ballet School. However, her dancing career was cut short due to a knee injury, prompting her to shift her focus to modeling and acting. In 1999, Han Na-na gained recognition by winning the Miss Korea pageant as Miss Korea-Sun, further enhancing her profile by also winning the Miss Korea Seoul competition that same year. Her entry into the entertainment industry began with a small role in the film "Love Wind Love Song" and a music video for Jo Sung-mo’s hit song "You Know" in 2000. Han's significant breakthrough came later that year when she portrayed Shin Yoo-mi in the beloved Hallyu drama "Autumn in My Heart," solidifying her status as a talented actress in South Korea.
