Heo Sung-tae

Heo Sung-tae is a South Korean actor known for his versatile performances across film and television. He made his acting debut in 1996 as a theater actor while attending university. However, after a brief stint in the arts, he shifted his focus to a corporate career, working in sales for LG Electronics in the Russian market and later for Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering. Heo's breakthrough came in 2016 with a minor yet impactful role in the critically acclaimed film "The Age of Shadows," where he was noted for a memorable scene involving actor Song Kang-ho. His recognition skyrocketed internationally with his role in the hit Netflix series "Squid Game" in 2021.
