She has been active in the industry since the 1980s and has starred in some of the biggest Korean blockbusters, including The Thieves (2012), Tazza: The High Rollers (2006), The Face Reader (2013), and Kick the Moon (2001). Throughout her career, she has received numerous accolades, including the Blue Dragon Best Actress award for First Love (1993), Dr. Bong (1995), and Tazza: The High Rollers (2006), as well as the Grand Bell Best Actress award for Hypnotized (2004).
