Park Shin-hye

Park Shin-hye is a prominent South Korean actress, singer, and model, born on February 18, 1990. She grew up in the Songpa District of Seoul and began her career in the entertainment industry with a music video for Lee Seung Hwan's song "Flower." After formal training in singing, dancing, and acting, she gained recognition as a child actress in popular dramas like "Stairway to Heaven" (2003) and "Tree of Heaven" (2006). Park's ascent to stardom continued with her leading roles in hit television series such as "You're Beautiful" (2009), "The Heirs" (2013), and "Pinocchio" (2014-2015). Her film work includes the critically acclaimed "Miracle in Cell No. 7" (2013), one of Korea's highest-grossing films. Further solidifying her status, she has received numerous accolades, including the Baeksang Arts Awards' "Most Popular Actress" for "Cyrano Agency" (2010) and the "Directors Award" at the 2024 SBS Drama Awards for her role in "The Judge from Hell." In addition to her successful career, Park Shin-hye is known for her philanthropic efforts through initiatives like the Starlight Angel Project. She married actor Choi Tae-joon on January 22, 2022, and welcomed their first son on May 31, 2022.
