Came all the way long to this restaurant, but found out it wasn’t worth it. The staff was laid back though there were only 4 customers seated. Seafood ramen - mussels aren’t fresh n stink. Sea urchin sushi - ordinary, little urchin but with ham in it! Abalone porridge - hardly any abalone in it. Conclusion - Rip-off for tourists, so don’t waste your money n time. Just walk to the Yeongdo Haenyeo Culture Museum next door, plenty of fresh food waiting.
This is an old restaurant by the sea. Their specialty is sea urchin gimbap and abalone porridge. The seafood noodle is yummy too with lots of seafood in the bowl. The ingredients used are all very fresh. We went on a weekday lunch time it was not crowded.
This small restaurant is located at the pier in Haenyeo (women divers) Village. After our walk of the Jeoryyeong Coastal Trail, we came here for lunch - it was a Sunday and it was full. We took a number and waited for 30 mins which is worth the wait. People are friendly, respectful and respectful responsive. Mostly are the local Korean. We are of the few foreigners in the restaurant. Abalone porridge: was served piping hot, perfect for the cold 🥶 weather. The greenish porridge is from seaweed condiment, it was tasty and not overpowering. So-filling seafood bowl: served in kimchi soup, it was delicious, every piece of the seafood includes an abalone was fresh. Sea urchin kimbap: equally good. We paired the food with sochu, which one that is sugar-free. As with most restaurants in Busan, drinking water is provided for on complimentary, and it is refillable.
Not only the food, but also the view were the best. The lived octopus(?) were unforgottenable experience. The seafood ramen and gimbap were delicious. The staffs friendly (the lady staff's smile were the best! Love you sis!)
Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Busan. Personable host, great food and amazing view of the sunset. Thank you for the great experience!
