Jang Young-nam

Jang Young-nam is a South Korean actress known for her versatility in both comedic and dramatic roles. Born on November 25, 1973, she began her career in theater with the Mokhwa Repertory Company before transitioning to supporting roles in television and film. Jang gained recognition for her performances in popular films such as A Werewolf Boy and Hello Ghost. In 2013, she took on her first leading role in the crime thriller Azooma, which earned her the Best Actress Award from the Director's Guild at the 17th Busan International Film Festival. Jang is also known for her frequent collaborations with director Jang Jin, as part of a group of actors associated with his works. Additionally, she was an original cast member of the live sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live Korea, showcasing her range across different genres and mediums.
