Minhyun

Hwang Min-hyun, born on August 9, 1995, is a prominent South Korean singer, actor, and member of the boy group NU'EST. He made his debut with NU'EST in March 2012, quickly establishing himself as a talented vocalist. In 2017, Minhyun gained nationwide recognition by participating in the reality competition show Produce 101 Season 2, where he finished in ninth place and earned a spot in the project boy group Wanna One. After the disbandment of Wanna One in January 2019, Minhyun returned to NU'EST, contributing to the group's continued success until its disbandment in 2022. Following this transition, he began focusing on his solo career and acting endeavors. Minhyun made his acting debut in the musical Maria Antoinette in 2019 and has since appeared in various television dramas, including Live On in 2020 and more recently in the hit series Alchemy of Souls in 2022. In February 2023, he released his first solo album, Truth or Lie, marking a significant milestone in his solo artistry. Minhyun is set to enlist for mandatory military service in March 2024.
